Canton Water Update Feb 9th at 7:00am

Daily Canton Water Update

Water levels in the Spruce Tank continue to slowly rise, however, everyone should have water restored at this time.

Be mindful that the Stage 2 Water Conservation measures and the Boil Water Advisory remain in effect at this time for all users that have had no water or low pressure.

We urge caution for all customers in the Spruce Street area. Our system is still in a fragile state, meaning that if any additional major leaks occur, continued water service disruptions are possible.

We continue to strongly encourage all customers to limit water usage as much as possible so the system can recover and full water service can be restored for everyone.

Please be aware that short periods of low pressure or temporary outages may occur as the main tanks refill before pushing water back to the Spruce Street area. This is normal system operation and is more noticeable due to the lower levels in the Spruce Street tank.

If your water is not restored or you still have muddy water after 9am, please notify us at 828-648-2363.

We sincerely apologize for the interruption of service and greatly appreciate your understanding and patience during this difficult time.
