Mountain View Housing
Mountain View Housing, Inc. consists of two apartment complexes. Mountain View Apartments is a multi-family apartment complex administrated by a non-profit organization for low to middle income families. We have one and two bedroom units. Rent is based on 30 percent of gross income. A 12 month lease is required. Lake View Apartments is an elderly, handicap and disable complex. All units are built on a walk in level with no stairs. Rent is based on 30 percent of gross income. A 12 month lease is required.
