The Town of Canton presents “Pickin’ in the Park” for your enjoyment during the summer months. The event is free of charge and welcomes ALL ages to come and enjoy. Come on down to Rec Park (77 Penland Street) and you will hear local talent perform their music and local clogging teams dance the night away.
These dance groups and musicians showcase our heritage and put on display the roots of Southern Appalachian entertainment. We invite you to come to this community event and fellowship with neighbors and visitors alike. Chairs are not provided.
